  • Weekdays - $150/hr

    Weekends - $200/hr

    We do offer discounts to Non Profits and for multi day or full day events. Additional discounts may be applied depending on demand, availability, and type of event.

  • Certain events may be subject to a $200 cleaning fee and/or a $200-$500 security deposit. This is at the complete discretion of Scene and will mainly apply to parties, baby showers, and banquet events.

    $150 insurance fee will be added to all events, except business meetings. This covers General Liability Insurance and Host Liquor Liability Insurance, which gives you the ability to bring your own alcohol. This is required even if you will not be consuming alcohol.

    Fees and/or loss of security deposit will be applied for items stored overnight unless previously agreed upon.

    Depending on availability, overnight storage may be available for full day bookings.
