  • A signed rental agreement, and an initial retainer payment of 50% of the rental fee within 24 hours of signing the rental agreement is required to secure the space. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event including a $200 cleaning fee (if applicable). The initial retainer payment is non refundable and cleaning fee is non refundable.

  • You will be given a one time access code in your booking confirmation to access the space. You will type the access code into the smart lock device to enter the space. The code will expire at 10p on the day of the event.

  • Yes, please factor in a minimum of 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of breakdown time when booking

  • Setup and breakdown is the guest’s responsibility. We do not offer planning and decoration at this time.

  • Yes, but not if alcohol will be served at the event.

  • Yes, For private events, guests 21 and over can bring their own alcohol. We require Host Liquor Liability insurance or a licensed and insured mobile bartender. We will purchase host liquor liability insurance on your behalf for $150.

    However, any sales of alcohol or exchange of money via tickets is prohibited. We DO NOT allow any alcohol at public events unless you have a legal city alcohol event license (non profits only). See below for license details

  • If the event is canceled, the Retainer Fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance (NO EXCEPTIONS).

    Scene will make every effort to accommodate reschedule requests as availability permits. Customers have 90 days from their original event date to reschedule their new event date. Fees may apply.

  • If you need to reschedule your event, you can reschedule your event one time at no charge (as availability permits). Afterwards, there's a $100.00 rescheduling fee for each occurrence. Guests cannot reschedule an event that has not been paid in full.
